Sines of Life 60: Quintessential

Hard to believe that this month celebrates 5 years of Sines of Life Radio – it has been an incredible journey for me to explore new music and develop my sound, and I’m appreciative of all of you who listen and enjoy each month! I started off this mix by reworking an old Dual-Boot of mine from Episode 05 (Alex Gaudino vs. Bakermat - ‘Zomer in Love’), and ended up enjoying working on it so much I wanted to revisit more of my favorite mashups and particularly well matched transitions.

What eventuated is an 80-minute BackTrack in its entirety – a Sines of Life Greatest Hits if you will – showcasing what I consider some of my best technical work from the now 60 hours of prior work. It’s been an awesome reason for me to listen back through many prior mixes, but if you don’t have time for all that.. here’s Quintessential.

Finally, there’s one track in this mix you actually haven’t heard before, and that’s ‘Shimmer’, produced from the ground up by yours truly before I ever even started DJing. Never spun one of my own originals before, so I do hope you enjoy, and turn it up...
